This shoot was so much fun. I came up with a number of concepts for the client, and the one they went with I’d called “cheap bastard”. It was quite courageous of the client because comedy is always tough to pull off. My favourite shot is the last one – where Shondelle, the mum, faints. The look on the kid’s faces are priceless. It only took 5 or 6 takes to get.

Other things to look out for – my cat Milo in his own staring roll on the tv in the opening scene. And the scenario with the busker that is taken from real life.
